An aerial attack launched by the Israelis hit the Gaza Strip right on target on October 28th, 2013. The Palestinian security in Gaza told the CNN reporters that the two rockets that were fired at them hit a training camp just west of Gaza City. Medical sources have stated that no injuries were reported. The Israeli military said that the strikes came right after they had intercepted a missile that came from the Gaza Strip and targeted Ashkelon. Lt. Col. Peter Lerner says that this strike was an immediate response to terrorist aggression in Gaza.

This article relates to our standards of Southwest Asia through the fact that it gives an example of the dispute, or more the ongoing conflict between the Israeli Jews and the Arab Palestinians. More aggression is spreading between them because of their land and their religion. The Israelis came here because of their religious connection to the land, Zionism, Anti-Semitism, and the Holocaust, and the Arabs want this land because of their historical connection to the land.
