The soldier (Mohammed Assi) was believed to be apart of the Islamic Jihad Movement. Mohammed Assi was also behind an attack in 2012. He was found in a cave hiding. Soon a gun battle broke out between the Israeli troops and Mohammed. Shortly he was killed. This is linked with our standard because the Islamic Jihad didn’t support Israel becoming it’s own country. This show the effect of zionism.This relate with the middle eastern country view on Israel. Since they are close to each other, it made matter worse. b.
