A Palestinian man tried to ram his way into a military base with a bulldozer. The Israelis shot and killed him. The base was owned by Israelis.

This relates to our standard that the Israelis and Palestinians are fighting over land. There conflict has caused multiple issues including this one. The Palestinians and Israelis must end their conflict to stop all these issues and death.
