Women who defied Saudi driving ban fear repercussions

Several women in Saudi Arabia participated in the Women Driving Campaign on October 26. Many of them are saying that they have been followed since Saturday. Many are very scared what might happen next, because women aren’t allowed to drive, it’s against the law.


This article relates the the standard below, because when we learned about Saudi Arabia we learned that men are the ones to drive women around not the women themselves. The US frequently talk about human and equal rights with Saudi Arabia and now the women are taking a stand .
